AI animation film studio

Your story. Your cast. A finished film.

Write an idea and the studio builds the film around it: a cast with fixed descriptions, a scene and shot breakdown, an image prompt on every shot, then camera moves that turn each still into motion, narration, music and a finished cut. Music videos and adverts are made in the same room.

Nothing to install. Everything renders in your browser and stays in your studio.

Story to screen, in one room

The whole pipeline is here: idea, script, cast, storyboard stills, image to video motion, audio, edit, export. You direct every step and nothing is locked away.

1. Story creator

Type an idea or paste a script. The writer returns a logline, a synopsis, a cast with fixed physical descriptions, and the film broken into scenes and shots with shot sizes already chosen.

2. Character creator

Every character gets a written look, wardrobe and voice that is repeated word for word in every prompt, which is what keeps the same face and the same clothes in every shot. Add a reference image and it carries through.

3. Storyboard

One still per shot, with the prompt ready. Generate with your own image model, or make the images in ChatGPT, OpenArt or Midjourney and drop them in. Regenerate a single shot without touching the rest.

4. Image to video

Each still becomes a moving shot: push, pull, pan, tilt, orbit, handheld and impact zoom, with a depth pass so the middle of the frame moves more than the edges, plus optional foreground cutouts for true parallax.

5. Audio

Upload narration, dialogue, music and effects as separate tracks with their own start times and levels, or let the studio read the narration aloud. Stretch the film to fit the audio in one click.

6. Editor and export

Timeline with trim, split, reorder and per shot duration, transitions, colour grade, grain, letterbox and subtitles. Preview the whole film, then export 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.

Grades warm, cold, teal and orange, noir, bleach, dream, golden hour Styles cinematic 3D, anime, photoreal, painted, noir, comic

Music videos that actually sit on the beat

Drop in an MP3 or a WAV. The studio reads the audio itself: tempo, the beat grid, the loud sections, the bass and the top end. Everything after that is cut against those numbers, so nothing drifts.

Upload the song, get the grid

Tempo detection, a full beat and downbeat grid, and a section map that tells the verse from the chorus. Half time and double time correction in one click if the track fools it.

Beat synced scene changes

Scenes are cut on bar lines, two, four or eight bars at a time, and the camera pushes on every beat. Chorus sections get the tighter shots and the bigger moves.

Lyrics that sing themselves

Paste the lyrics, press sync, and each line lands on its bar. The words sweep karaoke style as they are sung, and your artist lip syncs to the line, not to a guess.

Audio reactive visuals

Beat pulse, colour glow, equaliser bars, strobe hits on the downbeat, particles and a live waveform, all driven by the bass and treble of your own track.

Artist consistency

Build the artist once from a photo or a description. The same face, hair, outfit and voice appear in every scene of every video, because a character is a saved sheet, not a fresh guess.

Five video templates

Performance, lyric video, club night, story and vertical hook. Each one knows its own cut length, shot pattern, backgrounds and effect.

And the advertising side, unchanged

Everything the studio already did for adverts is still here, in the same room, with the same cast.

The script writer

Give it the product, the audience, the benefit, a tone and a length. It returns a beat by beat storyboard with shots, gestures and on-screen text already set.

Storyboard editor

Drag scenes to reorder, set each length, choose wide, cowboy, medium or close up, add a push, pull, pan or float, and pick from five transitions.

Lip sync and captions

Dialogue becomes a timed viseme track with thirteen mouth shapes. Captions burn in from the same timing, so they always match the mouth.

Gestures and expressions

Thirteen directed gestures and eleven expressions, plus nods, shakes, tilts and the micro motion of a person mid sentence.

Brand kit and product shots

Colours, logo, call to action button, music beds, and your product image placed and animated in any scene.

One click export

Record the timeline with its voice, music, effects and captions to a video file, then download it or keep it in your render library.

Characters that hold their face

A character here is a cinematic reference image plus a written appearance sheet. The sheet is repeated word for word inside every shot prompt, and the reference image is handed to the model with it, so the same person walks through the whole film.

1

Describe them once

Age, build, skin, hair, eyes, features, wardrobe, palette. The studio writes the sheet and you edit any line of it.

2

Make the reference

Portrait, full body, profile, expression sheet and turnaround, each with its own prompt. Generate with your model, or import images you made elsewhere.

3

Reuse everywhere

Every shot prompt carries the sheet, and the reference image travels with it. Change the sheet once and rebuild the prompts across the film.

Fixed across shots face, hair, body, age, clothing, colours, proportions, style

Four steps to a finished film

Write the idea

One line is enough. The studio returns the cast, the scenes and the shot list.

Make the stills

Generate with your own image model or import them. Every prompt is written for you.

Direct the motion

Camera move, depth, grade, grain, length and transition on every shot.

Add sound and export

Narration, music and effects on the timeline, then one file at the shape you need.

Honest about how it works

DJ Armas Studios renders characters, scenes and effects with its own animation engine, inside your browser. There is no render queue and no third party holding your music.

  • Image generation uses your own model account. The studio holds no keys: you connect one in settings and it stays in your browser, or you import stills you generated elsewhere.
  • The audio analysis runs on your own file, in the page, and is stored with the project so playback and export always match.
  • Characters are drawn from a saved trait sheet, which is why an artist never drifts between scenes.
  • Your song is mixed into the export, along with the effects and the lyrics.
  • Projects, characters, uploads and renders stay in your studio.

What you get in one file

A finished video at the shape you chose: vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, landscape for YouTube, square or 4:5 for feeds. Lyrics burned in, effects on the beat, your track as the audio.

Questions people ask first

Do I need an account?

No. The studio opens straight into a guest workspace. Create an account when you want the work kept under your email, and everything you have already made moves across.

Do I need an image model to use this?

No. Every shot gives you a finished prompt to paste into ChatGPT, OpenArt, Midjourney or anything else, and you drop the image back in. If you do connect your own key the studio generates the stills for you, billed to your account, with the key kept in your browser.

What audio files can I upload?

MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and WebM, up to 12 MB. The studio decodes the file in the page to find the beat.

What if the tempo comes out wrong?

Press half time or double time on the track panel and the beat grid rebuilds. You can also nudge any lyric line by hand.

Can I use a real face?

Yes, a photo you have the right to use. Drop three markers on the eyes and mouth and the studio rigs the head, animates the jaw for lip sync and adds blinks.

Which browser should I use?

Chrome or Edge for exporting, because recording depends on the MediaRecorder API. Building and previewing work anywhere.
